Refund and Store Policy

Overview

We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for items such as gift cards, digital products, or personalized items.

Printify and Printful Fulfillment and Returns

This store uses Printify and Printful for order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. As print-on-demand companies, both Printify and Printful create products only once ordered, meaning that returns or exchanges are not supported for incorrect size, color, or changes of mind.

However, if a product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, both Printify and Printful offer a free reprint or refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. To request a reprint or refund, please use the “Submit Issue” form on Printify or Printful and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Printify or Printful, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@addieworld.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@addieworld.com. Printify and Printful will handle the fulfillment and processing of exchanges where applicable.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please follow the return instructions from Printify or Printful. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
